Absolutely amazing. What a lovely professional team . I was very anxious to come in having had problems with my eyes and previous opticians. But I was straight away made to feel welcome and heard. All my problems sorted and beyond happy with my frames. Thanks to the whole team! The gentleman that did my eye test was so knowledgeable and thoughtful. He made me feel at ease and answered all my concerns. I would 100% recommend this Opticians to everyone. You will be in the right hands

Vistered the store 17/08/22. First time I've had an eye test with this branch and would highly recommend them. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. I didn't feel rushed in any way choosing new frames. My daughter also experienced the same service and therefore this branch will always have our business.

Took my daughter in for an eye test review and can't say thank you enough to Maya-Lucy for how fantastic her customer service is. She was very patient with my daughter whilst she chose her glasses and she was very kind, communicative with both me, and my girls. She is a remarkable person with impeccable customer service. Absolutely brilliant! Every member of staff my daughter and I encountered were so lovely. The lady who checked us in was an absolute delight and put us at ease straight away. The lady who did the pre test was gentle and explained every step. My optometrist, Maya, was thorough, she talked me through everything she was doing and listened to me. Becca was especially fabulous :) The first pair of glasses she chose for me were the pair I went with yet she was so patient, honest, knowledgeable and easy to get on with when I tried lots of pairs on to come to that decision!!! Again with my sunglasses the first pair she chose was the pair I ended up having. She really knows her stuff. What a fantastic team x

Very happy with my visit today for a contact lense and glasses check! Kully was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable making me feel at ease with the changes to my prescription! Lucy was also very polite and helpful in helping me to choose a new pair and glasses and making sure everything was sorted correctly. All of the team were very polite and ready to help anyone who entered the store promptly!

What amazing service! After a long, frustrating issue over the phone with the contact lens service and another branch, I spoke to Ashby and they were so, so helpful and sorted everything so quickly for me! Cheryl and Lucy W were so efficient and sorted my situation as a priority. It meant I was able to sort out my contact lens package as it needed reinstating, sorted out including the contact lens health check, as well as giving me some extra lenses to tide me over. I would recommend them highly. Thank you! X

At Specsavers they do take care of you. The eye test is in depth & very modern equipment is used. All the staff are so kind & helpful. Nikki was brilliant in helping select the best frames for me and working out the best price. Thank You
