Appointments needed for simple glasses adjustments. Muzzles on. Social distancing.
Supercilious attitude about an a natural unmuzzled face. Do they live in a parallel universe? Shockingly brainwashed and poor customer service as a result.

OTC test = £10

I undergo the extra test so Specsavers can monitor my eyes & optical nerves

Thank you for my new varifocal reactolite spectacles.
I have to use my previous reading glasses to avoid eye strain on my laptop. The reading area on the varifocals is too small. I have similar restricted vision reading car dashboard instruments. I am better not wearing glasses to drive. The reactolite feature is very effective but normal sunglasses would be cheaper.

Ecstatic with my new glasses. My experience from going for a eye test, choosing my frames and lenses to the final fitting, was so pleasant. I salute the Barrow-in-Furness team.

The eye test was conducted efficiently and with care, the choosing of the frames was helped by a considerate assistant and the final fitting made the fit of the frames, just right. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking ,5weeks to repair a pair of glasses for my daughter.still no response from staff nobody has a clue what's going on .do not ever go there ,clueless.

The people that did the eye test were very nice. But the sales woman was awfull I told her 3 times I didn't mind paying more and all she showed me were cheap glasses near the door and talked to me like I couldn't afford anything. I knew what I wanted but it didn't seem like I could move around freely to find them I looked at 3 pairs and she said she had to wipe them after I've touched them. Which is fair enough but it seemed like such an inconvenience that i might want to look at a few pairs that i didnt so I just said I'll take them. Then i was getting led to the sunglasses and saw that I was about to get the same problem. So I just left it.
So instead of buying glasses I can work in and some sunglasses that would be handy. I've got the cheapest frames that I don't like and will probably fall of everytime I need to lean over and no sunglasses.
Really annoyed and don't think I'll be picking them up.
