Rude staff and wrong eye test. It was an eye test for my 6 year old. While his elder brother was talking in the testing room, the optician told him that she will ‘throw him out’. How rude! The optician was not even able to select correct lenses for my boy as he was not able to read the letters with the lenses selected. It took two hours as they did the test two times and even after the whole process the optician was not able to select correct lenses. I decided not to collect glasses with the wrong lenses on.

Really rude staff who would not listen to me without interupting. refused to let me speak. When I asked the lady if she would let me speak without interupting me. She screamed I will not have you talking to me like that. A bully who is so used to having her own way she could not comprehend that somebody would have the audacity to go int a shop and ask a question and wanted to say the whole question without being spoken to like a child.

Didn't have a slot even when I had a appointment shown lady on desk my phone text but they did fit me in after ten minutes so ok in the end

All I can say is a massive thank you to all the staff at specsavers In bedworth I attend with my son and daughter but she really struggles with meeting new people due to being on the autism spectrum they where all so professional from the start she's now looking forward to collecting her specs next Sat.

I want to praise a customer assistant called Carla at the Bedworth branch. Carla has been one of the best assistant I've had the pleasure to dealt with. Carla is very knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful. Specsavers need to hang on to staff like Carla and become Britain's best opticians. I did contact Specsavers through their own review but so far they have not shown it.
