Wonderful service. Highly recommend! One Vision are professional and really care about their clients. I'm impressed by the variety they stock, not always found on the high street, and they took time to listen and find glasses that suit me, with no pushy sales agenda at all. I recently visited Old Amersham and had a nightmare problem with my contact lenses. I have always used Specsavers so called the local branch. They were so unhelpful and I would definitely not recommend their local shop.
As I was staying in the Kings Arms I saw One vision across the road.
What an absolute breath of fresh air!!! They were so helpful and so professional. They sorted my issue out without any problem.
I actually bought some sunglasses from them as I was so impressed with the service.
If I lived locally to them then they would be my opticians and I would definitely not be returning to Specsavers.
