Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Hucknall

Some staff were helpful and all of them were exceptionally polite and friendly which is truly the reason for the 4 stars up from a possible 3. However, I did find the lack of knowledge somewhat unsettling. A member of staff working a machine on my eyes couldn't answer questions about what it was actually for... and the optometrist I had my consultation with did not advise me correctly on the amount of time I should/could use my glasses.

I hadn’t been to the opticians in 14 years, but these guys made it such a ease and welcoming experience. From the ladies out in reception, down to the optician who gave me the eye test. Very friendly and professional environment and was treated with such kindest and respect. Thank you so much guys, see you Thrusday :) x

Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Thought the glasses were a bit on pricey side but had ootion to go for a cheaper pair.

I travel from one end of Nottingham to the other to go to Specsavers Hucknall because by far the staff are excellent and very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It’s not a chore to go there it’s a pleasure .

Received good service in store and was made aware when my new specs were available. Able to have an appointment straight away.

The Staff here are amazing. My eye test was done by a really lovely chap, he was so informative and put me at ease straight away.
I was then helped by two lovely ladies to choose my frames. They gave me loads of advice and was very helpful and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience. The Hucknall branch is the best Specsavers I’ve been to.
