Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Sittingbourne

Need a contact lenses inspection before specsavers can order me some new lenses. But they have run out of my lens due to the orders taking a long time to process. I.e months. So they cannot order me lenses until I have my inspection. But I can't have my inspection because you can't get my lenses. Waste of time.

I've been with Specsavers my whole adult life and moved around quite a lot so been to a few of them. I had my first appointment with them last weekend for an eye appointment. I got stuck in traffic where I was travelling from about an hour away and was almost 20 mins late for my appointment! (I did call to pre warn) they were fully booked all day but did everything they could to try and accommodate me as they knew how far I had travelled and managed to squeeze me in after only waiting 10 minutes. All the staff were friendly and helpful considering most places would have just sent me away to rebook for another day. Also had lots of seating so that everyone waiting had somewhere to sit and plenty of people around to offer assistance when picking out glasses. Very grateful to all the helpful staff last weekend :)

Awful customer service! Booked my husband in for an appointment then when he arrived no appointment had been made. He was basically told to go elsewhere!! Rude staff! Very unhelpful! Such a shame as we have previously had good experiences with specsavers but the Sittingbourne store need some extra training on their customer service!!

Not one to leave reviews.. but fair play to specsavers sittingbourne and fantastic service.

Seen at doors opening with broken nose piece on glasses and fixed within 2mins and I'm on my way to work.

Something so small for you was really important to me

Took my 4 year old for his first routine eye check up. He was very nervous but the staff were absolutely brilliant. He turned out needinf drops and we had to come back again to get glasses. They took such great care of him and really settled him. I honestly couldn't thank them anymore. Dr. Cheong and Rachel were fantastic! Thank you so much.

Great care and explanation by the opticians I was looked after really well by Peggy nothing was to much trouble then luke who sold me my new glasses thank you great customer experience

I love this place,all the staff nice and helpful eve time I go there.

Worst store ever. 5 months waiting for trial lenses, never call me back when i call , lied to constantly and fobbed off. Will never use specsavers again. No response to head office emails either, Absolutely rubbish service.
