Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Folkestone

I popped in to see if I could get an appointment for my son regarding getting contact lenses. The cashier said they were fully booked until middle of may. So I asked to book.him.in after that and I was told no they can't do it and I just need to keep checking online. So I just asked for my son's prescription and I'm off to spend my money elsewhere. Makes me laugh the amount of mail specsavers post through my door advertising yet you don't actually want to keep your customers.

Fast and reasonable prices for an eye test and prescription glasses. Picked up new glasses which fitted perfectly. Give them a try..

I recieved Super service today. Every member of staff I had contact with were super helpful, they really did go above and beyond for me today. Issue sorted with absolutely no stress and extremely fast. Thank you.

Disappointed by the longest waiting period just to be signed off by the optician while collecting a glasses for my son. Initial 15/20 minutes for the collection was fine, but after that to be signed off by the optician, I waited 70 minutes - and it was just for a 10 seconds job ('look left, look right, feel alright?' - that's it). I was so frustrated.

But I must praise the staff there for being so polite. Thank you :)

Overall my experience at Specsavers was good. I always go there for glasses and lenses, & have done for several years, as the staff are amenable & friendly. Only downside was booking an appt. online. I was not informed until I arrived that my appointment had been cancelled due to being overbooked. In future I shall make my appointments by phone.

Having used this branch for a number of years now, we can safely say the service is excellent. Very helpful staff.

Very approachable, helpful, professional, clear and concise staff.
Proficient eye tests.
Adequate range of frames, although lots of styles are doubled up, and pretty standard. I wish frames companies were more adventurous. I like colourful, bold styles.
Staff helped me with the choice of frames.
