I was having a few issues with my left eye misting over two nights in a row.visited vision express next door to costa at Brookfield farm.Iwas seen by Vishal Modia who found the pressure in my eye was very high,he referred me to Harlow hospital.next morning I got call from hospital to get myself up there,after some more tests it was decided to perform laser treatment on both eyes to sort the problem out.the pressure level was very high and I’m lucky to have been originally seen by Vishal who knew exactly what he was talking about and arranged the referral.Harlow eye clinic were all brilliant and I am very grateful to all concerned as this could have had a different outcome.

Excellent service. Both me and my daughter had appointments yesterday. The friendly, knowledgeable and sociable optician (Daniel) did a thorough examination and explained findings well. There were 5 members of staff in store and all 5 interacted with us at some point (special mention to Christine). They helped us both from start to finish. Best service we've ever had and have been clients for 3 years.

Great friendly but professional service. the company will usually use delayed our appointment by 10 days so decided to look elsewhere. Very glad I did, great prices and choice of glasses. Highly recommend!

Very nice staff. Made the whole experience so pleasant. Made to feel that our custom was important. Not rushed. Good response to covid situation, masks, wiping down chairs and any specs that were touched. Looking forward to collecting my order.
