Very friendly, helpful staff who treat you like a person, not a number. The gentleman was professional and sorted me out with a screw. (For my glasses that is.)

Decent place with ok prices. The Asian optician could try and be less patronising, if I ask something it's because I don't know, it's not my area of expertise, and what I need is an answer, not being laughed in the face.
