Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Waltham Cross

Absolute joke of a place! Do not use this Specsavers! Waste your time!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I went to the Enfield Town store on the same day, and everything was sorted and I was treated correctly!

As always, they drag out the tests. I dread going to these franchises. My old local optician was brilliant. Did the same tests in less time. An hour and a half in a Specsavers! I miss my old optician (now retired) will try to find an independent optician

I received excellent service. The optician was very helpful and explained what she doing.glasses ready on time and again excellent service

I would like to give 5 star unfortunately i had spent 80 pounds .
They had offered me to wear glass for my left side eye and I'm still unable to read or to see clearly.
Is not fair giving my time and my money , after all this unsuccessful treatment .
I'm really apologies to leave this rate

Took dad here for his eye test and glasses,good staff ,very friendly,in and out in no time,good selection of frames glasses were done in 7 days

Staff wonderful ans very welcoming. Eye specialist really approachable and knowledgeable

really friendly and efficient from start to finish and I'm absolutely loving my new glasses

Amazing place. Everyone warm and friendly. Everything was explained clearly and glasses arrived when expected. Shout out to Mira, who did my eye test, who was great. I learnt so much about my eyes and overall health. Thanks Everyone. 😊
