Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Ealing Broadway

After having my test completed in the West Ealing branch, I was asked to go over to the Ealing branch to finalise my frame selection.
The Ealing store was certainly busy and despite having to understandably wait for a little while, I was served by the lovely Rachel.
She was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the entirety of my visit and also dealt with some other customers who were rather rude in a very professional manner.

I’d give Rachel 6 stars if it was possible to do so! Thank you greatly for making my experience at Specsavers seamless.

Awful service. They told me on the phone I needed to come in to collect prescription and they would print it in store. I drove over 40 minutes as I've moved, when I got there, they said they can't print I have to go to another store to get it?! Not sure why they couldn't have confirmed this over the phone.
I called the other store and not only did they did tell me they could help, they EMAILED it to me, how can one store have such an archaic process and another be so good. Avoid ealing if you can.

Happy with services SAM help me a lot after buying my new glasses, still adapting to them but happy with the choice!

I had a contact lenses appointment in ealing branch. All the process was very organized. I had a teach appoinmtnent with Nikita, who was very calm and friendly through out …

I was assisted by Nikita she was amazing and really helped with my contact lenses. Nikita was also very patient with me even after I struggled several times putting my lenses in for the first time. When you go specsavers ask for Nikita she is wonderful.

Easy experience, quick and friendly staff, very professional, was in good hands. Nikita was super helpful when selecting frames and gave honest opinions.

Been with them for quite some time now. Very helpful empathetic staff………..for both sight and hearing !!! Went to them for a new pair of glasses…let’s see how they do !
