I visit the store in Hatfield for my 7yr old daughter and myself and it is our go to opticians having tried others in the local area. All of the staff are helpful, friendly and professional. They are able to put my daughter at ease during the whole process. I never feel rushed when choosing glasses which I have found in other opticians in the town. Becky is absolutely fantastic and could not recommend her enough. Thank you to all the staff at the Hatfield branch !

Poor Service in hatfield. Cancelled appointment for 5mins late but they expect us to wait for hours if there is a delay from their end.
Rude and illogical!!

Feel like I've been ripped off in all honesty.
Friendly staff however, being new to needing glasses, the prescription level was never explained to me (the +1) and I only heard about it from a conversation between staff. It was never made clear to me that I could take my prescription elsewhere to buy glasses and I ended up spending £140 on glasses that quite frankly I don't need or even use. I was perfectly able to read the smallest print shown to me but feel I was wrongly convinced by nothing more than magnifying lenses that made the print appear bigger, that would obviously aid anyone regardless of eye sight. Overall regret rushing into buying glasses that I don't need yet and really do 'wish I'd gone to specsavers'. A friend has just been there and told he has a +1 but they told him not to worry about it just yet, much better advice.
