Quick visit. Staff brilliant. Got my new glasses sorted in no time. Just waiting for them to be returned and fitted now. Many years I have been going and they have always been excellent

Needed to renew reading my glasses today, all staff very professional and friendly and Christopher Heap was amazing helping me chose glasses and guiding me through the process of lenses/sunglasses.
Five star service!

Awful experience. Today they’ve done it again with my husbands appt for tomorrow . Been booked a week and now haven’t a downstairs room available! Absolutely useless place!

Visited on the 14th November 2022 for my 18 month vision check, staff very helpful, but as usual very busy. Only 10 minutes off my appointment time, site check efficiently undertaken, new specs picked and ordered, picked up on 21st November 2022 at appointment time. All done efficiently and pleasantly undertaken well done.

Really helpful staff. I like you can book appointments online now that’s so helpful. I’m really happy with my choice of frames too.

A warm and attentive experience with staff who were helpful and made the experience of spending £ on new eyes as painless as could ever be.

The staff are very helpful and every step of the eye test is explained when you're getting your eyes checked. I also got a lot of help for choosing the right style and shape of glasses so I'm really happy with the ones I chose in the end (thanks, Fran!)

Popped in today with my mum who was having trouble with her hearing. The team were so helpful and caring even though we just walked off the street with no appointment. An audiologist was sent for within 5 mins who saw my mum and was able to diagnose the problem with suggested treatment and follow up plan. Quite amazing Thankyou. Regards Mrs Hitchman and Mrs Cousins
