Loving their new online system which makes setting appointments at a time to suit me much easier. The opticians have been very patient with me whilst I got used to my new contact lenses. Have used Leightons in Epsom as my opticians for about 10 years and they've been excellent. Highly recommended.

After almost 20 years wearing glasses, I have just had the best experience ever on my very first visit with Leightons in Epsom. The service is second to none. Very thorough examinations with very detailed explanations at each stage.
When it came to choosing my new glasses, I was guided very kindly and patiently even though I was largely undecided until I found the perfect pair. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision or like I was on a conveyor belt.
I remember reading a leaflet in store which states: “At Leightons we are passionate about giving the very best care available”. That 100% sums up what they are about.

Went to Leightons after not getting on well with a pair of new glasses I'd got from another optician's chain in a local village. They re-did my eye test and found my prescription to be somewhat different to the other provider - they offered to put the new (correct!) lenses into the frames I'd bought just a month ago elsewhere. And amazingly, I had them back within just TWO WORKING DAYS! Incredible service, super friendly staff, and I'll be going back here always. My new lenses seem perfect, and no more headaches and eye strain.

My Wife and I are regular customers of Leightons and I called in this morning without an appointment but this proved absolutely no problem for the Epsom Team. I was royally looked after by Michelle who was highly professional and went the extra mile to attend to my particular optical needs. Yet again Leightons have quite rightly achieved a 5 Star rating.

When it came to choosing glasses difficult to see the cost of the glasses. Each pair had a label with tiny writing on, so could not read (don't I have bad eyesight anyway-that is why I am in an opticians !). Horrified to find on top of the glasses would be charged 55pounds per lense. NOT even anything fancy like bi-focals. So for two pair of glasses the bill was 440pounds. When I said I wanted to think about it the girl serving got very huffy and said"well I'll have to void all this then". Yes, because I will not be bullied into buying.
Shame because the optician very good.

Booked the appointment and was few mins late. They called me up and told them just doing the parking. But when I reached they have given my appointment to some one else. Pathetic no courtesy wasted my time and money on parking.

Will not use there services again.
