Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - West Bridgford

Excellent service. I work for a manufacturer of spectacle frames and was able to supply my own frames for glazing. I had some undiagnosed eye problems which required the glasses to be re-glazed, twice, at no extra cost (within the 3 month time limit). Specsavers referred me to an eye specialist and to the local hospital for check these problems. The staff were polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this opticians highly.

Ordered extra contact lenses and asked twice for them to be sent to my home address. Never arrived after I waited at least 2 weeks. Turned out they were sent to the store. Didn’t even bother calling me up saying they had arrived as well. Disappointing

Great staff, so knowledgeable and friendly.
I think they need to offer to put new lens in old glasses as a first offer. In other words , not to assume you will buy a new frame.

I changed from Boots some years again and have always been delighted with the service and professionalism at Specsavers . Today was a very good example with a friendly welcome and a no quibble replacement of a broken frame .

Excellent service. All staff very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Optometrist Ranbir Matharo who was reassuring but who also arranged for me to be seen at eye casualty for an additional assessment.

Super experience last Sunday, both myself and my husband had booked eye tests, my husband went on to order glasses on the day. Everyone was friendly and professional, they were all very busy but we did not feel rushed, we were given adequate time for our tests and to choose frames and lenses. Liam was especially helpful and informative regarding types of frames and suitable lenses.

Very easy to make an appointment for an eye check....staff are always so friendly and welcoming.
