Leightons always go above and beyond with my children’s eye tests! My daughter was after a specific style of new glasses that the team at Sutton were able to source for her, she is delighted with her new frames. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for eye tests!

Very pleased with service from Leightons Sutton.I was able to book on line and choose time and date which suited me.Being able to pay and have x rays of my eye as I have on going eye problem saved me going to hospital and having to wait hours to have the same thing done.Speaking to the lady who did the test I was reassured all was well and if I had a problem when I booked on line again just type in comment box what it was so they are aware before I arrive and if need be they would contact me before visit.Excellent service very happy customer and I will be useing your services again

Hearing care is great here too.
My audiologist, Dino, is super efficient, professional & takes great care with both syringing ears & doing hearing test to advice accurately, & all with understanding of customer needs!

Having transferred over from Ridlingtons Opticians in Carshalton I was a bit apprehensive on what to expect. From day 1 my daughter and I have been treated respectfully and Leighton at Sutton have gone above and beyond to help us out. We will be staying with them and cannot recommend enough.

I just think when people are exceptional they need to know.
When I recently lost my glasses I despaired.
I had bought them only 5 months earlier and as I have some retinal damage I relied on them.
I put in an insurance claim and needed a replacement quote urgently.Jackie at Sutton sent me the quote by email WITHIN 15 MiNUTES!!!! I was able to order replacements the same morning and feel relieved and very thankful.Thank you to all at LEIGHTONS,Sutton.

I have been a client of Sutton for over 40 years (with C.R.Gordon's, the Leightons when you bought them). What has kept me here was the consistency of who saw me. Mr. McKinder initially, then when he retired, Sarah Chorley - Two opticians for around 35 years. That consistence is what I valued above all else.

Now - Every time I visit (annually at the moment), the staff have COMPLETELY changed. I can NEVER see the same person I did last year.

Your service has also changed from being a customer service led approach to maximising income above all else - always trying to sell something to me - like your monthly plans (when, as a diabetic, I get tests free, so why would I need to pay for monthly plan that includes eye tests??)

What was an excellent, personal, practice is now an impersonal selling shop that uses eye tests as the vehicle to up-sell whenever possible.
