Called to ask if they had a spare lens. I was advised had to order them in which is understandable. I queried why last time I was given a spare straight away, mixed messages. Lady I spoke to was very quick to be short and abrupt. Came across as confrontational. Poor communication. “I’m trying to explain to you” “like I just said…”

Convenient local opticians with a good range of glasses, and friendly staff. After sales service is also excellent, and no quibble guarantee is readily honoured.

Great friendly staff the floor seems hollow and I could hear so much walking during my hearing test. Seems like the hearing room isn't sound proof but the hearing staff are very professional.
