Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Cannock

Whilst I’ve always felt their eye test quality is excellent, their prices have always been very high. A memory came up on FB today and in 2017, I had new lenses for an existing pair of frames for £210. I had the same done about 6 weeks ago and it was £290, for identical options. That’s a 38% increase in 5 yrs. I’ll probably continue to go there for eye tests but will take my prescription elsewhere in future.

Really happy with my eye test, on returning for reading glasses, l was harassed with a very pushy sales lady she wanted me to buy expensive glasses, well I didn't. I think it's wrong.

I spent £340 on some ultra thin vari focal lensed glasses and frames. When I picked them up about 10 days later the lenses (NO exaggeration) they were about 7-8mm thick at the top and a little less at the bottom - I paid for ultra thin lenses. Your sales staff, although very polite, but did not inform me that the lense on frameless frames with vari focal could not support the side supports. The frames on display I tried before purchase did not warn of this.
I filled out your customer service survey automatically sent to me after I got a full refund. I informed your company of the above. But obviously no one read it hence this follow up email ' are you happy with your purchase' survey.

Best place ever everyone lovely and great service they know there stuff . I got served by a lovely lady named Christine best service ever very knowledgeable and very helpful highly recommend.

Booked an appointment with a audiologist for earwax removal / ear health check, was invited into the room for a 30 second ear check and then charged £25 as I didn't need the wax removal and was told to keep using the drops. It took longer for the card payment to go through.

Told waste of money

Got an eye test. It was an eye test. They tested my eyes. Jesus Google why are you making me review these things. Yeah it was a really good eye test but ot was an eye test all the same...

Booked appointment via website booking system 2 weeks ago with auto message saying will be contacted next working day, I'm still waiting for that contact 2 weeks ago this monday, you should be able to go and book an appointment on line without having to speak to anyone...

Ahsan was amazing he supported My brother in law who hadn't been for an eye test in a very long while

I was also given an eye examination and a thorough explanation of the changes to my sight
