Vision Express Opticians - London - Croydon

They're bloody good! Can't believe I've been going to specsavers all these years. They take there time and are thorough. They don't rush or cut corners. Theyve shown me things specsavers failed to note. I'm now a customer for life. Very impressed with those that attended to me. They even attended to me after the store close time of 5:30pm. Very Very impressed.

The staffs are highly professional. The optician is superb. She definitely knows what’s she’s doing. It was quick and on point. She finds out what my problem was and get it sorted in minutes. I nearly cried when I received my glasses. I have been struggling for age’s. Thanks so much. The glasses are great value for your money. Am glad I went to vision express

I had an appt and wanted to cancel to change the date, I telephoned, held on for about 40 mins no one answered, rang a bit later no answer. So instead I went into to the shop that day to make the appt queued up behind just one person for about 15 minutes, ( and by the way the phone was ringing non stop the staff were pretty oblivious to this ) once the customer was seen the shop assistant walked away for a further 10 - 15 mins leaving myself and others standing in the queue, once she appeared she waltzed off againto serve another customer who was already seated waiting her turn. No apology why she wasn't returning to attend to the customers who were already in the queue, so where is the customer service this was totally rude and bad mannered. I will never visit your store again.

My experience was exceptional. My appointment was spot on . Very good customer service and excellent and experience specialist staff. Very friendly and customer focus. I can recommend vision express to everyone.

The arm broke clean off of my glasses and I went to get them fixed. The issue was not one they could fix because it wasn’t an issue with the screw. No trouble at all I was prepared to order a replacement frame at the original £199 I paid originally for the glasses. I queried what could be done in regards to the anti glare film on my glasses, as it has worn considerably on one side and it has become dangerous for me to drive at night due to it obscuring lights even though I clean my glasses before I set off. I was told that it could not be corrected, by replacing the film or removing what remained of the film. I am horrified that a service that had an extra charge on top of the original price I paid for the glasses now means that I cannot use the lenses in the replacement frame. It was never explained that it comes away over time and the lady in the shop explained that sometimes excessive heat can cause it to wear sooner but it doesn’t typically happen that quickly. There has been no resolution and I will not be spending anymore money with vision express. If you want my advice do not get the anti glare, it is more headache than it is worth.

The staff at Vision express in Croydon are great. I had a contact lens test there recently and the staff went above and beyond.
I also went to the store late on Christmas eve as the arm had fallen off my glasses. They had actually closed up the store but when I knocked on the window, the staff were more than happy to help repair my glasses.

Unfortunately, the fact that I do computer work and needed a different type of glasses wasn't taken into account during my eye exam but Vision Express rectified the error immediately and delivered the new pair to my home, all without any additional cost to myself. I'm very happy with the service!

Visions express’s visit was very good as the service by the reception and the person who did my sight test was excellent.
I am visiting this place since mid nineties and on my present visit I saw the performance by everyone working their was polite and quiet good. Hopefully vision express will keep their high standard the same.Thanks.
