Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists - Oxted

Unbelievably kind people at the shop! I forgot my contact lenses and glasses for a trip to Kent and were sorted out by the friendly team at Jonathan Kerr.

Always unfriendly receptionist and always late for their appointments. Had to walk out more than once. Time to find someone better!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bayfields to friends and family. Great service, friendly and Ana Maria was extra accommodating of our situation and very helpful. They come highly recommended!

On my arrival at Bayfields Opticians Oxted I was met by
staff member who would perform my eye test. She was extremely pleasant and very professional. She explained to me exactly what tests she was performing. I was very happy with her performance and left feeling very satisfied. Margaret Van Deventer

The opticians are fantastic but it is always a struggle to get in contact- I have never been able to get through on the phone until at least 3-4 times which is really frustrating. However, mostly friendly staff when you're there and exceptional service from the opticians themselves.

I had a problem with some Bolle glasses - even though they no longer deal with them directly they contacted Bolle on my behalf and they have sorted it. They could not have been more helpful. Thank you
