The new glasses I got are absolutely perfect. I have no photos of me wearing them but when I next put them on, I will take some photos and send them to you. I would like to say a huge thank you

First impressions were good, staff attentive & helpful. However a mistake was made when I went in to collect my specs. Instead of a pair of reading glasses & a pair of distance glasses I was given two pairs of distance glasses ?? They of course rectified the problem, but it took another couple of days.

Fantastic service today from Kendal! I left my lenses in Mid Wales and they replaced them for me free of charge!! #servicewithasmile

Very pleasant and professional staff. From booking online, the eye test, booking the new set of "eyes" and even booking a contact lens trial everything was seamless. The shop is clean and there are enough frames to make many favourite choices for the new look.

Been three times now to have glasses altered as they are too tight, and still there no better, the third time there was no difference, always seem to be in a rush to get you out the door.
