Excellent service from the people mentioned below. A credit to Specsavers. Due to their expertise and attention I am happy to return to Specsavers to purchase specs and have eye tests.

Specsavers Crosby are about so much more than selling great looking specs - though they do that too !

I cannot fault the customer care, eye expertise , friendliness and professionalism of Chris McLoughlin. I had an eye operation two years ago and despite Covid making things so very difficult for everybody, Chris went to lengths to explain ( over the phone ) how I should proceed to obtain a new eye prescription and spectacles. I believe he demonstrated a care and concern about people and eyesight and very much views the customer as being part of the process of eye care - a skill that can be sadly underpractised but not here.

I have since dealt with Chris on two other occasions , one of them being today and my opinion of the effect of his manner on a visit , if anything is higher.

My eyesight test today was by Ronan who had a fantastic manner. He made my eye test a pleasure not only by his patience and thorough explanations of processes and results but also from the enthusiasm he exuded. He clearly enjoys his work and meeting people and this made all the difference to my experience.

A thank you too to the young woman who performed some preliminary tests on my eyes ( she once told me she collects badges for her scarf ) I am sorry I don't know her name. Thanks to her for her cheerful , pleasant patient approach to the people she meets and to her work.

There are a whole range of services available at Specsavers and I see no need to go elsewhere as long as there are people like those above.

I left feeling I'd had a good experience. It makes a world of difference.

Went for a health check today on my eyes as experienced a 'floater'. Optician was excellent and reassured me throughout. Recommend service here, staff are so professional and friendly

Very friendly store, very busy but also well staffed and efficient. Had an eye test with Mohammed and Chris, had bang up to date equipment, very skilled and knowledgeable, gave a lot of confidence, took time to explain eye health and what they were looking for. Obvious they were actually interested in their work. Excellent and scholarly optometrists. Turned out that I didn't need a change of prescription but glad I went for a test.

Visited today, my first eye test in many years. Staff are brilliant, very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Hard to get this type of service nowadays. Well done would recommend

Amazing service from all staff . Brought my elderly father in for hearing aid and eye test today . Staff could not do enough for him . They were so friendly and patient . Optician was fantastic he put my Dad at ease and was very friendly and professional . Thank you .

Staff are lovely they go that extra mile. I had Millie very friendly & helpful. Advised me on what suited me. Made up with my designer glasses ! Thanks Lorraine 😊
