I had a wonderful experience there at Spec Savers Wandsorth. The staff are friendly and helpful. I remember Alex was especially kind, patient and helpful to the point of helping me with my choice of the style and colour of my glasses/ frames. Threw in 2 for the price of 1 deals & I remember leaving the branch a very satisfied customer.~ March 2022.

I wish i could come here a say my problem was sorted.
Unfortunately was never sorted they refused to give me my money back, they changed my lens 3 times and they were never good, tired of dealing with them went for the 1st time to Boots had 1 appointment very well looked after and at the 1st pair of lens i finally can say i got the correct pair of glasses that i should have had.
Think twice before walk into this place horrible horrible, basically their lens quality is 0 to none, and this 100 days policy looks like it only work in the other stores.
Definitely not recommend stay away from them.
SCAMMERS
One star as I can't give 0.
Worst experience I ever had from a Doctor who didn't spoke to me during appointment and changed prescription to the point my eyes were forcing so much and having horrible headaches, went back to store and asked to be refunded according to their 100days policy that says if customer is not happy can request a refund. Was told by the store manager that he wouldn't give me a refund. So I spent over £300 to have 2 pairs of glasses at home and not being able to use them as they not good to me at all.
DO NOT USE THIS STORE AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT SORTING YOUR PROBLEMS.

I was very hesitant to book an eye test with them as 2 years ago I had a bad experience with that branch. Two years ago, after they did my eye test they told me I needed to change my prescription so I paid for the new lenses and couple of week after I went back because I felt it was something wrong with the lenses and then the optician told me the new prescription was exactly the same as the one I previously had!!! I couldnt believe it!l I paid to get exactly the same prescription!! Very unprofessional!! I had my eye test done a week ago and today I went back to discuss about the contact lenses.. The lady wasnt very kind and she kept insisting that I cant wear contact lenses all the time and she said I need to pay for another eye test for contact lenses! That's a joke!! I paid £35 a week ago. NEVER AGAIN!!

I have always found Raj and his team amazing. But today I had an eye test - I went in yesterday and asked the price - she said £35 and I said is that the cheapest and she said no but that is what we recommend, I said I’d like the cheapest at £25. Today I was charged £35 by E Tunks because she knew I could not read my receipt although I explained I wanted the cheapest at £25. Not impressed and left my first negative feedback ever!

I went in to browse for glasses and then I had a question and two ladies were at the reception desk. I waited for 5 minutes in front of them hoping they would acknowledge me when they were down their work. However, they never did and I felt disrespected.

The customer service is horrible, I would stay away. I have been to the one on Putney Street and they have fabulous service.

Not sure why there is still a barrier at the front ‘due to covid’ when pharmacies and even GP’s are just walk in. It’s pretty over the top and annoying to have to wait there for someone to serve you. All other shops have gone back to normal, it’s not like specsavers is a clinical setting and even so, GP’s do not have a barricade in the middle of their doors.

I had an appointment Friday 18 November at 11.10 regarding Temporary contact lenses. I did not take the ladies name but she had very red/ginger hair as soon as I walked in to the room she appeared to have a very bad attitude problem!? She seemed very tensed and moody and her patronising stare was enough to put anyone of the appointment. I just found her so difficult to talk to. She left me feeling very confused & upset. Her attitude was really out of order, she just made me feel really uncomfortable. I don't need this kind of treatment so I decided to get up and leave. How dare her ruin my appointment for Temp contact lense!
