Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - London - Stratford

After usual 2 years time window, I decided to upgrade my glasses with the Specsavers. I have been provided an excellent service by the store manager Miss Linda, for which I profoundly give her 5 stars. She has excellent customer service skills and is very expert in her work. I will say that most of the staff is helpful and professional and could be relied on with full confidence.

Been a customer here for years but never have I been so dissatisfied with the service I received. Went in to order glasses, my heights were not taken properly. Due to that, I can’t see clearly out of my new glasses unless I tilt my head up. Went to them twice about this problem and every time they made me feel like I was being dramatic and I needed *more time* to get used to my prescription. Well time hasn’t helped, nor did gaslighting me and no one picks up the phone so I couldn’t talk to a manager about it. Now the 90 day policy has gone and I’ve wasted money on glasses which I can barely see. Your “no fuss” policy to put things right really wasn’t true was it?

I went in today for my second appointment to pick up my glasses that i was previously unhappy with I met sai Patel who was very calm and welcoming. He was able to provide me with great customer service and help me chose a new pair of glasses that were more suited to me. Overall he was very helpful and made my experience a lot better.

I an excellent experience at specsavers this morning. I came in concerned about a relatively rapid change to my vision and two members of staff were incredibly helpful - a lady directed me to a lovely Northern Irish gentleman who couldn't be more professional and reassuring. I managed to get a same day appointment for later this afternoon. Thanks for your help - getting a same day appt has given me peace of mind and I really appreciate the care and consideration shown to me today.

Fantastic optician and optometrist. Very thorough eye test, customer service was outstanding and a great value over all if you have a high prescription. The quality of the spectacles has been much better than my previous ones with the coating still intact after over a year of daily use.
Doctor was straight to the point and very professional.
Great experience overall.

It is a daunting experience to be stuck in a windowless overcrowded shop, whether it is for an eye test or choosing glasses, but the staff of Westfield Specsavers is really trying their best to accommodate everyone and to be as fast as possible without compromising the quality of their service.
They stay polite and helpful all the way through. Staff try to accommodate all the customer needs and stay on top of the workload. On Monday they were well staffed. I hope they are the same during the weekend and holidays.
The choice of glasses is large and prices are very competitive.

This optician store is very crowded( idk if I went in peak hours or not) all the seats were occupied and doesn’t seems like some one is manage the flow of customers.

Walked in for nose pads replacement( didn’t book appointment because it doesn’t needed to ) I wait around 15 mins, honestly not too bad, but I think the team member could be better allocated to help customer with different needs.

Was referred for eye exam by my Doctor for mysterious Red Eye and was dealt with by 2 extremely lovely ladies! They made me feel very comfortable and their friendliness, courtesy and professialism was an 'eye-openingly' positive experience I wish more customer facing businesses could instill into their staff! Highly recommend! My sincere thanks to both ladies!
