Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Blaby

100% recommend. LOVE! The 3 members of staff I met on my visit were all very lovely and welcoming, no waiting time. I couldn't decide on new glasses but once i did, i called up and the lady on the photo saved my the hassle and ordered them for me over the phone.. again no hassle took all of 10 mins max - PLUS she got me a great deal too. THANK YOU! :)

I have been visiting Specsavers Blaby for a number of years now. All the staff are fantastic, professional and very friendly. Huge selection of frames, parking is also very convenient. Great consistent customer service is hard to find, but they have this in abundance, thank you.

The most caring and welcoming team, that are there for you. After a funny turn with my eye, I was looked at immediately and given reassurance by many tests being completed. Proud to have this opticians close to my home. Thank you!

My daughter used Specsavers for her recent glasses prescription, they were fantastic and the staff both engaging and informative about our options before we saw the Optician.

Contacted via letter we had a walk appointment for a new prescription assessment. Obviously, one would usually expect to be waiting for any walk in medical appointment in the current climate. The staff made this short wait for the Opticians simple, with estimates as to how long any delay would be.

The Specsavers staff were great, dealing directly with my daughter when needed to help her feel like she was part of any decision making. A very nice approach, much appreciated.

The whole process was easy and safe.

Amazing service today from numerous staff. First, the young man who did my pre-checks was very nice and thorough, then the optician himself who did my sight test was lovely, very informative and explained the checks and my new prescription in detail. At no point did it feel rushed and he handed me over to another staff member to choose my glasses. He explained the deals to me and left me to choose my glasses. A wonderful and helpful lady in the shop asked if I was OK and I explained I was struggling to choose as I couldn't see without my glasses. She kindly went above and beyond and offered to get me some contact lenses so I could see my frame options. She then spent a good 20 minutes helping me choose from a large number of frames as I was struggling to decide. She gave advice about what shape fitted my face and how the glasses sat on my nose and cheeks etc. She patiently waited for me to try and re-try my options until I eventually made a decision, helping and advising throughout. They have a COVID friendly system in place where glasses you touch are placed into a tray rather than back onto the wall and are cleaned before being replaced. Your staff today were a credit and should definitely be praised for it.
