Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Yiewsley

I wouldn't normally leave a review for an Opticians but everyone I met today was fantastic - a great team all round - Samad greeted me and got the preliminary tests done very efficiently and Anuxa was outstanding - the best rapport I've experienced on a visit to an opticians.
I also really like that they were all helpful but not too pushy - this is the kind of service that will keep customers coming back and shows why the store has such an excellent rating on here.

Very efficient, quick service. Done in half the time of competitor that I’ve been using for 15+ years. Their selection of glasses was really good & staff very knowledgeable & didn’t just say every pair was nice, even when they clearly were not. Haven’t taken delivery yet, but so far I’m very pleased.

I am very happy with the Customer service at vision express.. I came on Tuesday for my eye test and my glasses where ready to pick up today that is very quick service

Previously I had a positive experience as the customer service was very good. However, on this occasion the service was disappointing as I was not contacted and informed that my glasses were at the store.

Super fast and courteous eye test and great non pressurising service.
Just need a better selection of spectacles for the older generation
