Very thorough procedure for eye and contact lens examination with state of the art resources. Prices for frames and lenses are very competitive. Definitely recommend this optician!

Friendly and helpful staff coupled with professional optometrists makes for the complete local opticians.
My eyes were thoroughly tested and a week later I had a deeper eye examination which indicated a previously unforseen problem. I also collected two pairs of specs which were of extremely good value. Very pleased 😀.

The face-lift that the former Stewart Greenberg Optician has had is impressive. I have been attending Stewart Greeberg Optician for many years as the service received by me and my daughter has been second to none. However, Julian Davies has improved the experience considerably. I had no idea eye testing equipment could be so modern, understandably as I had no complaints about the older style equipment. I highly recommend the range of glasses on offer, without gimmickry of money off offers. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. Highly pleased with the result of my visit today and I will continue to use this service.

Very impressed with service. Old glasses broke on Sunday, went to shop on Monday and booked in for an eye test on Tuesday. State of the art equipment for the examination (none of the old ‘Clockwork Orange’ metal frames on the eyes). Getting new glasses next week. Excellent. But minus 1 star because the previous owners gave a discount for the over 60s and I had to pay full whack this time. So, a bit pricey, but very good. Keith Morgan, Whitchurch

I walked in as an unregistered patient and explained I needed treatment for an infected eye. I was asked to come back a few hours later for an appointment with the optician who was very professional and reassuring. She was very thorough and had all the time in the world for me.
