Two lovely 'front of house' ladies and the male optometrist/opthalmist(?) was lovely too. Friendly and efficient.

Fantastic care the chap doing the testing explained everything to me and shown a picture of the veins in my eyes. The staff helped me choose my new glasses, both of the ladies were so kind and helpful. Can recommend this branch 100 per cent.

Fantastic service from making the appointment to receiving my new glasses.

The appointment booking was easy. The eye test was as expected and ordering glasses was easy.

The communication was great. My glasses would be ready between 22 & 25 June. However, it is now 30 June and no glasses are ready.

Having paid over £200 I expected them to be on time so am not currently happy. I would give 5 stars if I had received my order when I was told it would be ready.

Staff are very polite, friendly and informative. Having had an eye test the week before ( the optician was friendly and easy to get on with) , I was given the option of trying contact lenses and went for a contact lens tuition. They were very patient and tried very hard to help me . They gave me the option to try again which I booked in a weeks time. All in all, a great service ! Thank you

Brilliant staff made to feel welcome. The best time I have felt at ease going for a eye test. No rushing you let us take your time choosing new glasses and explain what is happening all the time you are there 10 out of 10
