Juan was brilliant with my teenager who had never had an eye test before and immediately made him feel relaxed.

Excellent quality eye test consultation at Llandaff practice. Very thorough and well explained by Juan. Staff were excellent in helping choose new glasses too. Definitely recommend.

I went for a standard eye check and was correctly diagnosed with a torn retina. I was sent immediately to hospital where they intervened to prevent a detached retina which could have resulted in permanent loss of vision in the eye or at best a much more lengthy and difficult Intervention to reattach the retina. I am extremely grateful for their professional, prompt and caring expertise.

When I went for my routine eye test, which had been delayed due to Covid restrictions, Dan the Optician identified a tear in my retina. He arranged emergency laser treatment at UHW the same day !.
Since then, he's monitored my eye health really carefully. All round a very professional and personable experience.
Recently, Jan was fantastic in helping me select a new frame, she was so patient and gave me honest advice about the best colour and shape of frame.
Highly recommend.
