Having been customers for a number of years ,my wife Aileen would like to thank you all for the the excellent service she received this past few weeks with the replacement of her specs, for also being so courteous and prompt much appreciated.

Excellent business, friendly and professional service. I have been with Specsavers since I was a teenager, many decades of being a satisfied customer.

So previously I had been in on a busy Saturday and received quite poor service. Can only think that the person that served me no longer works there. However, banish all thoughts of that episode, because today I received EXCELLENT service from two lovely members of staff.
Specsavers are very busy, as I could not get an appointment for an eye test for 5 - 6 weeks. So, I went elsewhere for my eye test, and regretted my decision almost immediately. Still, I did have an up to date prescription, so I paid a visit to Specsavers in Haverfordwest and I was given very good advice and they even helped me to sort out my old broken glasses, as they had been bought at another branch of Specsavers, in Oxford. I was offered the opportunity to swap my very expensive lens out of the broken frame, and to have them put into a new frame, of exactly the same model for the very reasonable price of £25! I was ecstatic, as this is what I had been looking for on my earlier botched visit! Oh, I could have been going about my business, with repaired glasses, several months ago!!!! 👓 So much better late than never, so thank you Specsavers.

Very poor recent visit, staff that are obviously trained to try to keep your prescription ,I guess so you feel you have to buy from them only.

Told legally they don’t have to give me my personal details back, some training in this area it feel, I have filled a complaint with NHS Wales and the OCCS.

Make sure you always take your personal notes home with you, after all it’s you personal data and personal information not the property of a high street retailer, you can use your prescription at any opticians of your choice.
