Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Wrexham, Crescent Road

So far so good. Took my daughter for her test and the man doing the test wanted me to either leave my young daughter with him on their own! Or leave my young son on his own in the store! I told him no. Any way had the test done. All good, had new glasses. Had to take them back this week as she was having problems. Staff this time were fab. Very friendly and helpful. Only downside is it gets very cramped as it is only a small area. Hopefully when my husband goes on Friday he will be happy with them.

Took my daughter here for her eye test, the optician was absolutely lovely with her.
We collected her glasses a couple of days later, the manager (i think) fitted her glasses, he was lovely. They all made a fuss of her getting new glasses, she loved it. Definitely recommend for kids :-)

My Husband and i had a appointment on July 19th . Received phone call last minute to say optician had gone home ill . So re booked for August 4th . We arrived for our appointment only to be told , no optician had turned up. We had no phone call to say it had been cancelled and no apology . Very disappointing after travelling to get to appointment. Sorry but with us in our seventies will not use Vision Express opticians again.

Eye tests were satisfactory, easy-going people, very calming.Given a great deal of help with choosing specs. Lovely, friendly atmosphere.

Throughout my appointment at vision express the staff were very friendly, caring, polite throughout and always smiling. Their attention to detail with regards to the customers needs and requirements for glasses were spot on. The vision express staff never left anything out and they never rushed through the process of the eye test. I fully recommend vision express to be the place to go for your eye tests.

I have been waiting for my glasses for months as they “lost” them - they tell me they can’t reorder them as they are no longer stocked yet when i call customer services I find out that is a lie. They never answer the phone and customer service promise me calls from the manager but the manager chooses to get someone else to call instead and avoids my calls. They can’t even apologise for the behavior and how they have treated me and when they offer a refund, they are petty enough to even say they aren’t refunding the cost of the eye test even though they have messed me about for months and I have spent more than that in taxis. The manager doesn’t even have the decency to try and provide an explanation- a master at fobbing people off

I was dealt with by a very professional and friendly team. I felt safe and at ease at all times and really appreciated their help through the Eye test and picking my glasses. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks all.
