Contact lense optician was rude, condesending and dismisive. Very poor. Would never use this optician again. How he managed to qualify in the first place I will never know. Have had to rearrange my contact lense sight appointment with another optician for two weeks later which means that my current contacts lenses that I am wearing will be nearly 4 weeks out of date. This optician should never be allowed to work with members of the public.

Friendly and professional staff, thorough eye check/test, useful suggestions for eye health. Would have been 5 stars but couldn't find frames I liked.

Appointment for my elderly mother. An extremely thorough examination by a very caring team. A pleasant experience all round.

I've never had glasses before, so these are my first pair, I had no idea where to begin with choosing frames or anything. The lady helped me choose and wasn't pushy on the more expensive or branded frames despite me not really having a budget. They arrived for collection less than a week later. Very happy!

All staff at Vision Express at Spytty Newport were excellent. From booking an appointment to the fabulous lady that completed my tests the optician and the young man who helped me choose my glasses. ( I am so sorry I didn't get their names ) I visited 20/09/2021 @10:15. They were all very friendly and so helpful. They are doing a fabulous job during these very trying times with Covid each one of them made me feel safe. They made my experience superb. Thank you all very much. So glad I decided to come to you.
