Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Bridgend Derwen Sainsbury's

I had a pleasant experience at this Specsavers location. I found it a quick but not rushed appointment. The optician I saw explained everything in a professional and non patronising way. I also liked the fact that they did not push to try and sell me any products after or during my appointment but did give me advice relating to their products should I wish to look into them further. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. I shall endeavour to be using this branch for my appointments from now on.

Disappointing experience. Particularly the Asian staff member who seemed reluctant to complete the OCT that I had paid extra for. The staff also seemed to not be very well trained or knowledgeable.

Managed to sort my hearing aids very quickly, Lee gives an excellent service.

Had a very nice experience today, quick and easy as always.

All staff from optician to assistants were professional, knowledgeable and so helpfull.

Very happy with glasses and the excellent staff who looked after me.

I had great experience at this specsavers. I am generally not a fan of getting my eyes checked, but my appointment with this branch has changed my view (figurative and literately). I am now at ease with the opticians. A real eye opener (pun intended).

Terrific safety measures in place in regards to covid too 👌🏾.

Absolutely amazing customer service!!! By far the best specsavers I’ve ever visited. There were two amazing staff members who went above and beyond to help me find a pair of glasses I liked. Only wish I’d caught their names.
