Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Welshpool

On picking up a pair of re made glasses, got them home only to find they had different arms on! First pair were made and the prescription markings where in my reading pane view. This is the second time I have had problems with the Welshpool branch, the first time they had dispensed my glass with an upside prescription and it's a little bit noticeable when you wear variafocals so had to have them remade yet again, rest assured, there will not be a third opportunity to get things wrong?

Very pleased with the service, Eyes tested new glasses and altered eye measurement compared to my last pair and makes them so much better, Thanks very much Specsavers Staff Welshpool.

Helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff, clean and tidy premises.

We have been here a couple of times now, and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is plentiful and free.

We book through the online system, to find a convenient appointment time. We have never had to wait more than 5-10mins after arrival.

On our last visit, our youngest was getting her first pair of glasses. The assistant was patient and very helpful. Eventually we found her the right pair and were given a 2 week timescale to collect, which is very reasonable.

We will definitely continue using this branch and would recommend it to others.

I was referred to Specsavers Welshpool by my GP, at first I was sceptical and could only think of the TV ad of sheepdog with a bad haircut. On entering the branch that image disappeared, I was greeted kindly and immediately given my pre-test checks before seeing the optician. I was given a thorough test and in ten minutes with Lowri I learnt more about practical day to day eyecare than I have in the 20 years I have been wearing glasses. The whole team are exceptional— Specsavers you should be proud of them and the wonderful service they provide.

Very helpful young man saved the day for me on Monday 10th repaired my glasses there and then. Was lost without them so my hero. A massive thank you. See you for eye test in feb
