Excellent service all round. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the optician took the time to explain things clearly, which was really nice. Really felt that they wanted what was best for me - without any pressure selling of services or products.

I have been a patient for nearly 6 years, the service is outstanding and the level of eye care is fantastic. This is a family run practice and this reflects in the wonderful personal service I receive each time I attend an appointment. I would highly recommend to anybody!

Staff are very good at their jobs, friendly and kind. I wouldn't trust my eyecare or that of my family to anyone else and would recommend Steve and his team to anyone. I had never been here nor heard of this place before despite living less than 2 minutes away. I woke up one day and was unable to open my eye. I assumed I had something in it. I called these and they got me an emergency appointment within 3 hours. Fantastic service. I don’t need glasses but when I do I will be sure to go here.
