First class service from Ellie and her team. The eye test was thorough and an amazing experience as I had the new ocular test. Wow. I was kept informed about every test. The selection of frames was great. I chose from the Vivienne Westwood range. They even delivered them after I came back from holiday as requested. Overall highly recommended Specsavers branch.

Good service with eye problem. Mask still required, which is good in my opinion due to the close proximity of the examining optician. Seats and equipment sanitized between customers. Excellent!

Took some glasses to be repaired and was told they werent their frames as the spare pair was their frames, people be cautious when buying on their 2 for 1 offers as they seem to not want to repair the frames, i left disgusted as they ssid we wont do them

I had the eye test. My new glasses were posted to me. They cost me £80. I tried them and I couldn’t see through them. I took the back to Specsavers and the told me to hang onto the glasses and they would arrange another eye test. I’ve phoned then a number of times but they don’t know anything about my problem. I had to get my eyes checked at another opticians and they gave me the correct glasses for me. They owe me £80 but the don’t have any record of the problem. 🥴

Appointments on a Sunday..very efficient, lots of new machines to tell you all about your eye health and more. Friendly, knowledgeable staff too.

Never had such a service from any opticians in my lifetime. Excellent service 👏 caring staff from this team, they give vision a priority and they care about their clients. I have been to many places in England , but never received an all-round check of my vision, but this place was more than Excellent in their service 👌 and educational information about my vision. They don't only sell glasses like what many opticians do, they move a mile, to correct the vision as well. A great place to go for eye check up, no regrets.

Friendly staff but must be losing thousands to the online suppliers

Earlier this week my sister and I took our ninety-one year old Mother to Specsavers Pembroke Dock for new glasses and various other checks. We were met at the door by Evan, who looked after us and treated our mother wonderfully throughout the visit. He was well-informed and caring and he took time to explain all the processes to our mother. We were then seen by Robin, whose knowledge is spectacular and who explained to us certain issues which hadn't made sense after previous appointments elsewhere. Everything fell into place and it was clear that Robin and Evan knew exactly what to offer to give our mother the best outcome at her age. She had a great time throughout the appointment and really enjoyed her morning with Robin and Evan. Other staff were just as kind and considerate and we were given top-quality customer care throughout. Well done Specsavers Pembroke Dock.
