Buckley Eyecare

Went today as I needed a glaze on my glasses. They advised a 'wash' over the lenses. Brilliant result and did it whilst I waited. Highly recommended this opticians

Would recommend going there for eye care and glasses. Fast and very efficient. Also very friendly staff who always go out there way to help. I phoned and said my glasses were broke took the glasses in same day had a phone call next day saying they were ready to be picked up... 😁

I was referred to Buckley eye care on 9/5/2022 and had a follow up consultation 16/5/2022 due to a sudden change in my sight .
I cant compliment enough the treatment I was given . Tim , the optician , and the receptionists , treated me in a very efficient and friendly way .

Went today after my son had snapped the hinge in my glasses, in and out in under 10 minutes with a new set of frames!
Brilliant service, best opticians I've been too.
Lady who served me had blonde hair and was kind and having a joke with my children, went out of her way to get the correct frames and fit sorted for me, really appreciated.

Buckley Eyecare provided an excellent, top standard service when I booked in for an emergency eye test. Everyone, from the person I first spoke to on the phone, to the staff on site were absolutely incredible. The doctor explained to me the procedure (I had an 'eye floater' and was worried about eye damage), what he'd be looking for and what the different outcomes might be. The assessment was very thorough, and each step was explained in details. I left the site being reassured and will definitely be going back if and when I need in the future.

All staff were friendly and professional. Tim made me feel at ease and reassured. He explained the procedure in a very calm and clear way. Thank you

Excellent and amazing service in Buckley eyecare Mrs Brown was so lovely answered all my questions and explained anything I asked, made me feel at ease and comfortable. Stella was so patient with me didn't make me feel like a pain when I tried on 20 different pairs of glasses. Both of the women were lovely, friendly and very professional cant give them enough credit!
