Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Gorseinon

My glasses broke today so I popped into the Gorseinon branch and was met by a truly lovely lady that said don't worry we will fix them. Less than an hour later I had a phone call to say it was all done. I popped over and enquired about a spare pair of glasses and was invited in but asked to wear a mask but unfortunately I have a severe underlying health condition and breathing normally is a struggle but this lovely lady could not do enough to make me feel that it was OK and that she understood. She helped me to purchase a second pair and was so caring and compassionate throughout. Please can Specsavers take the time to tell her how valued she is as an employee and a person ❤️

Optician was great...very helpful and answered all my questions.
As for meet and great and front of house assistants...they leave a lot to be desired,very frosty.Spoilt my experience. So will not be using there services anymore.

Service was OK. Rung up following the appointment and lady was very sharp on the phone. Glasses still don't fit 100% but will do. Shame about the front of house staff. Opticians were lovely and helpful.

Not help full at all, had an appointment for eye test, told I couldn't have it, after leaving the shop I got a phone call from them, asking if I could go back lawyer for a test, when I had already booked in for a test, will need er go there again

fantastic helpful and professional team, attended today on the advice of NHS 111 wales, immediate triage, and luckily they were able to squeeze me in this afternoon . Very reassuring 😊

Switched to Specsavers around 5 years ago now and they haven't disappointed me! Great service, a wide range of choice for your glasses and they do great deals on glasses and anti-glare etc

Booked in with the Gorseinon store for an emergency eye test as I'd been having blurry vision in one eye, from start to finish it was a fantastic experience. Each person I spoke to in branch was so helpful and Sarah, the Optometrist that did my eye test reassured me and was so kind and made me feel at ease from start to finish. I then picked out new glasses with the help of Dawn who was so helpful and lovely. Big thank you to all the team!
