I have been a patient of Richards for a number of years, and am always delighted by his support and advice and particularly his attention to detail. He also has a great team working with him who are a credit to the practice. His business is a welcome antidote the impersonal and ubiquitous service provided by so many high street opticians these days. I whole heartedly recommend him.

I have never been disappointed with the service received at Parish Opticians. From the reception staff and technicians through to the Opticians, the service is excellent. They have a wide range of frames available as well as contact lenses - always the latest styles at competitive prices. I can highly recommend.

Parish Opticians have been looking after my family for more than 10 years. It is always a pleasure to visit the practice as all the staff are very friendly, courtious and professional.
Whether you are in need of a check up, new glasses or as in my case suffering from a nasty eye infection, you are assured of a first class service and the very best professional care from a very experienced team.

Really professional but friendly. They were the only opticians who could really solve my contact lens needs. They persevered and made me feel very comfortable and well looked after.
I later bought a pair of glasses from them and again the whole team seemed to be involved in helping me choose the most appropriate pair for me. They were really quick getting the glasses made to my specification and great value too.
Such nice people I will be back there for sure.

Absolutely blown away by the service I received from Collette. I injured my eye and needed an emergency appointment, but unfortunately Parish Opticians were fully booked for today. Collette called a couple of other opticians and got me an appointment! (After having only a few hours sleep and having no luck myself phoning around all morning, she was just a breath of fresh air. So grateful. Thanks you so much. Will happily recommend you to friends and family. Never experienced service like this before!

I have visited Parish Opticians multiple times for emergency appointments and have encountered different optometrists. I am delighted to say that I have enjoyed every visit. Every optometrist has been very knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. The way they carry out their services is to be admired. They are rigorous in their examinations whilst nimble in technique. Not only are the optometrists kind and helpful, but so are the receptionists, who will go the extra mile to make life easier for the patient. Additionally, I am naturally curious, so I always tend to ask many questions; the optometrists have skilfully answered every single one of my queries.
Perhaps one area of improvement for this premises is the waiting area: it is rather small. Although, this has never been an issue for me, as the seats have never been filled up.
Parking is always abundant on Heathwood Rd in the form of standard unrestricted free roadside parking. I have parked in near enough the same spot every time and it has involved a 200m walk onto Caerphilly Rd.
I would unreservedly recommend Parish Opticians and I have no doubt that I would choose them again in the future.

I had a painful eye infection and Parish Opticians were recommended to me by a local pharmacy for an emergency eye appointment. Parish staff were very helpful and went out of their way to fit me in and check my eye over. Would highly recommend them. 5 stars.

I was booked into Parish Opticians, at very short notice, for an emergency appointment. Emma, who tested my eyes, could not have been more thorough or more helpful. I was great reassured by my visit to this company and would recommend it to anyone who wants caring and professional help. Five star plus!
