Possibly the most incompetent people I’ve bought anything from. Absolutely no help/advice whatsoever (I told them that it’s my second time buying glasses so don’t know what my prescription means or what all the different lens options are) and were no help at all, just said it’s my choice. Thankfully my wife bought glasses from Boots around the same time so I learned about the different lens options there afterwards.

Then once glasses were ordered I never heard from them. I called them 6 times and no one answered. I emailed them and no one answered. I then had to physically go into the store to find out where my glasses were. They didn’t know where the glasses were and looked in the store then had to ring multiple people to try find out at which point I left the store because it was taking too long. 1 hour later I get a call to say it’s actually in the store and it’s ready for pick up so then I have to go back again.

Finally I come to pick up the glasses and they just say ‘here you go’. Don’t look when I try them on to check it fits, no adjustments, not even a basic “it might take a week or so to adjust to the new lens”. Literally nothing.

I've visited the outlet in May. Not the greatest experience but to be fair, it was first day for the assistant who was handling my eye test. It went downhill from then. I've been overcharged and never received the refund that was promised to me. I've contacted the store and their customer service office many times - and worst of all, I still didn't get my full prescription after the test! Never before have I felt so ignored.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I don't think I have ever seen worse customer service - not only does everything arrive about 2 weeks later than whatever date you're given, you walk into a store that has more staff than customers and they still act like it's a chore to talk to you and that the customer is the one wasting their time. Save yourself the hassle - go to Vision Express in the Mall, a much, MUCH better experience there. David Clulow is just living off old, 'good' reviews that no longer hold true - do not even bother walking into this store.

Had a good experience. Popped in to get a pair of glasses repaired and Chamim was very helpful. She repaired it quickly and without much fuss.

Absolutely pathetic rude customer service. Dont know the name of man. But he is South Asian looking with a beard and bald head . He has no manners to speak to customers and he stands there as he dosent want to be there. Bruv, sit at home if you cant be asked to help your customers and when they ask you question you show them pathetic rudeness.

I wanted to thank the guys that were taking care of me and give shout out to Ahmed, Hunnah, Chamin and Mariam. I just got 2 pair of prescription glasses. Prior to my final visit I have been in the store couple of times and keep choosing the frames- they were so patient with me all the time and spent solid amount of time advising and helping me to make my choice. I’m really happy with the way they guided me as I was buying my first glasses. They were not pushy at all and honest .But provided great help! I have bad experience in another local store so I’m sold here and Im coming soon for another set!

Bobby's exam of my eyes was professional, informative and actually enjoyable. I left knowing more about my eyes and vision than when I arrived. I've not had a better exam experience.

Sad that the excellent Aurora has moved on but I was very well looked after today by the lady managing front of house, and look forward to going back on Tue, with my wife, to select some frames.

Bobby the optometrist was very thorough with the eye examination, explaining exactly what each procedure entailed and also recommended a different subscription to my lenses saving me money..
He was extremely polite and had a friendly manner about him.
Lovely service and helpful staff at this branch!
