Grosvenor House Orthodontic Practice

I had my final appointment yesterday and I must say the whole team have been marvellous during the past 3 years.
This practice came recommended by a good friend, a mature lady like myself.
Even through the Covid difficulties they kept in touch and although my treatment took longer than originally planned I felt they handled everything safely and with great care.

Dr Zaid Esmail has worked with my son for 2 years to straighten and close huge gaps in his his teeth. The transformation has been amazing he has straight beautiful teeth with no gaps. They are lovely people to deal with and are always welcoming and accommodating. Excellent standard of care with professional friendly staff.

Great care, attention and service from the first meeting thru to completion. Explained everything really clearly from the outset, considered all the options and made decision making easy.

My son has been coming here for the last few months for his braces. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
The dentists are also first class! They will always take time to explain what they’re doing and are happy not answer any questions that we we have.

I highly recommend this friendly practice following effective treatment to straighten wonky teeth that were pressing on each other and painful. Every step of care was always well explained, the toothache was cured in the first month of treatment and my teeth have greatly improved. Appointments consistently ran to time and I was quickly seen when a brace wire needed tightening. A big 'thank you' to Dr Esmail and his lovely team.

My daughter has just had her braces removed and the whole experience with this practice has been outstanding from start to finish. Everyone has been extremely friendly, professional and efficient - and the results speak for themselves, surpassing all expectations. Would highly recommend.
