I've been treated by both Steve and Emma and they are excellent practitioners. I've suffered long term with upper and lower back and neck problems and I always feel extremely well cared for and understood when I have a treatment. They really seem to know what you are experiencing and provide a really thorough treatment, I would 100% recommend Tide End Osteopaths to anyone.

I suffered for nearly 3/4 years with really bad shoulders, to the point I couldn’t pull the covers over myself or brush my hair and hardly lift my arms I went through numerous tests at the hospital with no doctor able to diagnose me or help with pain relief. I visited Emma after being recommended by a friend and honestly it’s the best thing that happened to me she was able to diagnose me within the first visit and there was a vast improvement to my mobility straight away a year on with less than 10 appointments with Emma I am back to living a normal life pain free. Highly recommend Emma and can’t thank her enough.

I attended Tide End Osteopaths to receive shockwave therapy for patella tendinopathy. Steve was very friendly, caring and sensitive towards the problems I have been having.

The treatments were carried out with care. Steve had excellent communication. I did not feel pushed into having more sessions than were necessary. He was mindful and down to earth that shockwave therapy can be expensive for people.

I also felt Steve had a genuine excitement for and interest in the innovative new treatment that is shockwave therapy and how it can be used for tendinopathies.

I recently went to Steve with limited movement and constant pain due to trapped nerve in neck, causing arm pain and numbness. Steve was careful not to aggravate the injury and used acupuncture and massage. He identified the problem accurately and I left there with increased neck mobility and within hours the pain had decreased. I had my best night's sleep in weeks.

I've been using Steve for many years. I have a weakness in my back which causes it to lock up from time to time. I struggle into the treatment room and walk out . Cannot recommend Steve high enough.

My daughters and I have been treated over many years by both Steve and Emma for a range of problems associated with our hypermobility. They have helped us all to manage the condition and stay healthy and active. They have always been attuned to our different and changing needs, listening and communicating carefully. In addition to effective treatment sessions in the clinic, we have benefited from tailored Pilates sessions from Emma, and been guided and supported to maintain our health with exercises at home. I'm not sure how we would have managed without them!
