This treatment is the way forward!!! Struggled with my back for a couple of years until i booked in here and began a course of treatment. Just a few weeks into treatment was a game changer and i feel like a different person and can carry out any activity without the worry of my back crippling me . Clinic is brilliant and welcoming from the front desk to treatment table. Anybody unsure about visiting needs to take the leap and go you will not regret it!!!

I twisted my knee and unfortunately also fell on it I could hardly walk thru the pain a friend recommended this clinic to me. I booked a consultation everything was explained to me and what treatment I would require. After just a couple of treatments I was walking with ease hardly any pain I can now enjoy activities pain free. After many years of back problems, and getting nowhere at the hospital, I decided to investigate an osteopath. After a lot of research, came across Eltham osteopathy clinic. I'm so glad that I found them, Sam has been fantastic from my very first appointment. Very polite and friendly, and I feel very at ease with her. She explains everything she is doing, and the improvement already, has been noticeable. As I'm halfway through my treatment plan, I had another myovision scan, the results were astounding already. I can't thank her enough, for the magic she has worked. Would also like to mention the friendly reception staff, who always make you feel very welcome.

Just saw Sam for a consultation and booked in for a follow-up and treatment. She was so friendly at put me at ease. She is fantastic and can’t wait to start my treatment. Becka at reception was also brilliant and has such lovely and welcoming mannerism. I was recommended this clinic by my sister who had treatment here. I just wishes I’d listen to them sooner because this place is brilliant and staff so lovely. Thank you to the team for such a great experience!

I've just finished my treatment with Sam Wright for hip and lower pain that (I think) I got digging foundations.

Having never previously had any Ostepothy treatment I can honestly say that I had a great experience.

When I first arrived I was in quite a lot of pain, I wasn't sure if it would help but Sam was professional and upfront about how she felt she would go about tackling my problem and six sessions after I was totally better.

I'd definitely use this practice again should I have to in the future and would ask to see Sam Wright.

Reception staff are very welcoming and warm too. They greeted me by name as I walked through the door for my appointments which is a nice touch and echos the personal approach the practice have.

I damaged my back with kettlebell swings many years ago. I ignored the pain, thinking that my body would heal itself. Well, it got slightly better but never entirely did.

Pain became the norm and increasingly more painful until it became bad enough, and I went to see Sam at this clinic.

She did a thorough assessment, scanned my back with the machine and was very gentle in reassuring me in breaking the news ( i.e my back wasn't in a great state, putting it gently). She explained exactly what was wrong so I always felt taken care of.

The treatment lasted about 6-8 weeks, but I started to feel a MASSIVE difference after week 3.

Based on my experience, I would say:
--Don't just wait for your back to get better. I waited for years, and it only got worse. It started in my late twenties, so not sure age is a factor.
--Back pain is not normal, even if you are used to it.
--My experience with the clinic and Sam has been fantastic and genuinely life-changing. I went from pain, even when picking something moderately heavy, to zero pain when exercising.
I see her every few weeks for maintenance, which is always a very positive experience.

When I first came to the clinic I could barely walk because of the back pain, and I was desperate to get help. Thankfully Sam took care of my spine and within few sessions there was a huge progress. Overall she did 16 sessions to get my spine to healthy state and I continue to have one visit a month to prevent the problem from reoccurring. The pain is gone. I always look forward to the next appointment, as I leave feeling relaxed and taken care of. I am very happy with the professional help I received from Sam and the friendly team. I reccomend the place wholeheartedly.
