Disappointed that not everything on the Paramo website was stocked, and not all sizes were available for items they did carry. However, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and in different circumstances I'm sure would have been a more productive trip

Visited your store last Thursday and the staff were brilliant, very helpful , not pushy a great experience. We already have paramo garments and wouldn't buy any other brand. Excellent and comfortable to wear.

Fantastic customer care and very knowledgeable staff. Plus have lots of stock at present, so I was able to try on in comfort before purchasing. They also have an excellent loyalty scheme and give discount for membership of various outdoors organisations.

Although the shop is small and there is no parking, the shop was well stocked, the assistants were very helpful, so if you want a walking coat which is totally waterproof and wind proof this is the shop to go to.
