Good old fashioned Courtesy and Service has returned to our shops in the form of 2 extremely polite helpful and friendly assistants, Angel and Chloe;
from advice about sizing to helping me try on trainers, nothing was too much for them.
It was a very pleasant experience particularly as I left the shop with some real bargains - trainers socks and top for less than £35!!

Dover Store. Quite possibly the most unprofessional service I've had the displeasure of experiencing.
Incorrect pricing happens, completely understand that. To have the so called manageress swap the price when I queried the POS was a bit cheeky, but to then go back and swap the description when I questioned it again was just embarrassing.
Her attitude when I went to pay for the shoes was damaging to your brand. Happy to see a customer unhappy rather than just apologize for the mix up.
Your customer service department on the phone were very good and promised that a manager would give me a call to discuss the feedback. After a second follow up call by myself another call was to be arranged by the area manager. Again, nothing nearly a week later.
I would have rather given my feedback directly to the real manager rather than post on-line.
Can safely say I won't go back again.
Shocking.

Clean, tidy and well presented store. Visited late on Friday evening. A lot of choice and a fair amount heavily discounted coats, good choice too. Two members of staff working, one on the shop floor sweeping the other, a lady, on the till point. Neither members of staff offered help and the lady on the till appeared to be on a social call. We waited a little whilst she finished her call before we were served which was a shame as we weren't treated as a customer more of an annoyance. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars

Never got anything in popular sizes and they don't update stock, the same things every time I go in

Don't buy here.
They sell clothes plainly advertised on labels made in Pakistan and China.

Awkward store layout and was very quiet when we visited and so felt like the staff were watching us.

Were pointed in the direction of Trespass in Dover by a lovely member of staff in B&M Dover she sent us to St James.
Needed some equipment for camping. The store is lovely and clean. Acknowledged as soon as we entered. Asked an assistant for what we were looking for, the young lady took us straight to it. Very well stocked shop beautifully laid out.
Young lady on till was very friendly and informative about the shop.

Visited this store with my granddaughter on 2nd October 2021. Needed help with finding various items, the young lady serving that day was extremely helpful and was very good at customer service, couldnt be more helpful and managed to get what we needed. The other young lady on the checkout was also very pleasant.
These two were a great example of how customers should be treated. Well done to them.
