Mountain Warehouse Hatfield

A useful little shop that I visit here and there when I need outdoor clothing.
I find the staff helpfull and friendly. The stock is OK but more often than not you have to compromise as the sizes are limited.

Great selection of outdoor clothing footwear and accessories. They offer student discount, scout and guide discount and other services discount as well.

Staff are very helpful.

The white woman with the dyed bright red hair was rude to me, because I asked if they had a number 42 (I am foreign and don't know how the British shoe numbers system works). You should educate you employees better, unless of course only british people are welcome to your shop.

This branch in the Galleria, Hatfield is packed with stocks that sometimes it feels like there is little space to move around. But I'm not complaining. They have NHS discount too! Love this store.

The staff at MW Hatfield went out of their way to help me out of a slightly stressful pickle due to MW online store using Evri (formerly known as Hermes) as their delivery partner (be forewarned).

I haven't shopped much in person in about 5 years and the above and beyond service provided today has changed my mind an will be shopping more in person from now on. Thank you ladies, one appreciative Irishman/Dad here this evening.
