Great little store with knowledgeable staff that ask other staff even when they don't know the answer. Good advice and attentive. Some good pricing in store andnitems that you don't perhaps find easily in larger chains.

I don't often leave reviews, but I was very impressed by their customer service. I had a minor defect with my jacket, and after reporting it, I had a new jacket only a few days later. I will be buying from Countryside Ski & Climb again in future!

Great service - order to delivery in under 24 hours - between Christmas and New Year - during postal strike! (Scarpa Delta boots great - but are my 3rd pair).
