Ordered a coat from Outdoorkit Jan 2020, first one didnt fit so ordered a 2nd, both arrived really quickly. Sent the first one back recorded delivery, received a refund confirmation the next day. Quickest turnaround I've ever had and my coat is great. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys :)

The gentleman I spoke to was called Sean and he went above and beyond to help me, sorting out my issue within minutes of being on the phone to him. My order arrived within 2 days, in perfect condition and Sean made the exchange process so easy with clear instructions which was sent to me via email.

The best outdoor / hiking clothing company there is! I was unsure first time buying from them as I'd not heard of them, but now I'm never going anywhere else! Their prices are AMAZING, their stock is PERFECT, their returns is so easy, and my refund and exchange was SO QUICK! Can't recommend more highly and they have a new loyal customer. Outdoorkit have been such a lovely company to buy from - they have prices cheaper than I could find anywhere else and deliver really quickly and when i had an issue with a faulty product after a few months of wear (which wasn't their fault) they were so helpful and helped me return, refunded me immediately and picked up the fault with the brand themselves.
