Very expensive but the clothing is top quality. Mountain gear and hiking gear galore, with the best brands in store. I bought some walking trousers and a base layer to take to the Romanian mountains and the gear was brilliant, kept me dry and warm. I wish they had a bigger shop with more choice but what can you do. Very helpful staff and overall a very decent shop that I recommend for the whole family.

Helpful staff helped us buy some new walking shoes for my incredibly fussy husband. I think he tried on every single pair that they had before deciding that the first pair were best after all!!! Great that there is a hiking ramp so you can properly try the fit out before you buy them.

Good selection (but they were out of syock in my size) and ok prices. During my visit I had to keep running after staff when I needed help and the shop was very dirty with litter on the floor, starbucks cups next to the shoes etc.

Do not buy from Blacks online. Trying to obtain a refund is a lengthy process. I have been waiting over two weeks since they received my parcel back and have still not been notified of my refund. I do not understand how it takes so long to reach the warehouse to issue a refund. Returned an item to The Climbers Shop on Wednesday and received refund notification on Friday! Will never use Blacks online again
