Mountain Warehouse Chiswick

Was formerly Zakti which was owned by Mountain Warehouse. So it's no surprise that they are selling some of the same products. There is more of an emphasis of outdoor wear & equipment here now.

Been in several times but today I was attracted by a "closing down, everything must go" sign which turns out to be they'll be shut for a week for a refit.

Took the opportunity to look for work/walking shoes as I'm out helping my partner on her smallholding a lot as well as taking our dog on long walks through field's. No luck for me in the sale items but they usually have plenty of good quality outdoor shoes etc

Friendly staff. Decent selection of stock for people interested in hiking. Probably wouldn't cater for more technical needs though good for someone starting out in hiking/mountaineering.

Amazing Manager who leads amazing staff. Joe, was too good to be true over the phone. I got there and met her and her dtaff. Amren and Ifti were out of this world nice. Everything i needed was spot on. I wished every other mountain warehouse stores should ask Joe, Amren and Ifti how to tteat customers. Will i go back to Chiswick store again? Most certainly. Thank you Joe for bein an amazing manager. Thank you Amren and Ifti for all the help given.

Great shop woth amazing deals. The staff are really happy to help and super kind. On another note say that the are really dog friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they even told me if Im looking for something that they don't have, they can order it in for me.
Good lighting. Great variety of stuff. Prices were reasonable.
Most importantly, place was super dog friendly. Would definitely shop from there again.
